Bookkeeping scope and secure documents

Bookkeeping uses its own service period and checklist. The ProTax team reviews it before a Books 360 workspace is activated.

Which bookkeeping workflow do you need?

For a tax return that needs books firstSelect Catch-up when months are missing; select Cleanup when records exist but need correction; select Monthly only for ongoing work. If repair and ongoing service are both needed, describe both in Notes and the ProTax team will separate the approved scopes.

Books and accounting system

Bookkeeping checklist: prepare statements for every bank/card/processor account, current books access or export, latest reconciliations/opening balances, payroll and sales-tax reports, loans/assets, owner activity, and unusual transactions for the exact period. Tax-only identity and return documents are not requested for bookkeeping-only work.
